Mithat Sinan Ergen

Founder & CEO

Sinan is an AI Engineer with a total of 12 years of work experience, developing and managing AI projects for approximately 8 years. He specializes in AI solutions that provide measurable and concrete contributions to the business processes of institutions. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with both technical and executive teams to translate complex AI capabilities into scalable, real-world applications. His approach consistently focuses on aligning advanced technology with clear business outcomes.

His main areas of work include NLP, data science, machine learning, Agentic AI, and RAG-based architectures. To date, he has successfully implemented over 100 GenAI and ML projects. These projects span multiple industries and use cases, ranging from internal productivity tools to customer-facing AI systems. Many of them are currently running in production environments at enterprise scale.

He holds a double major degree in Computer Engineering and Information Technology, a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Galatasaray University and a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Trento, Italy.

Enis Erdem Yurdatapan

Enis is a business consultant with over 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship, investment processes, and business model development. He has supported both startups and corporate organizations on business model design, go-to-market strategies, and investment processes. He is currently working on AI-focused projects and serves as a business analyst at ThinkStrait, contributing to sales & marketing, business development, and software projects.

During his career, he spent two years as Co-CEO at Fonbulucu, where he managed investment processes totaling €13M across more than 60 startups and played a role in securing €2.5M in funding for the company. As the founder of EntreCom, he delivered a digital pre-incubation training program to over 2,000 entrepreneurs. At the ING Innovation Center, he helped deliver entrepreneurship-focused content to more than 20,000 people.

He holds a degree in Statistics from Middle East Technical University (METU). He has led the Turkish chapters of several global entrepreneurship communities and gained extensive hands-on experience across both startup and corporate ecosystems.

Dr. Kemal Ünaltuna

Dr. Kemal Ünaltuna is a technology and data science expert with more than 25 years of experience across Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence. Throughout his career, he has led the design and delivery of analytical and intelligent systems that create measurable business value for enterprises across telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, media, retail, and utilities.

After completing his Ph.D. in Computer Science with a focus on Neural Networks, he began his career at AT&T Bell Labs, where he applied Data Mining techniques to a range of sales and marketing initiatives, including Customer Segmentation, Revenue Estimation, Customer Lifetime Value, Call Detail Analysis, and Product Feature Usage. He later led the establishment of Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Mining, and CRM capabilities at Yapı Kredi Bank from the ground up.

Throughout his career, he has worked on projects for numerous local and international organizations including T-Mobile, Vodafone, Zain, İş Bankası, Garanti BBVA, Akbank, Yapı Kredi, ING, Şişecam, Digiturk, and Hürriyet. He also teaches Data Science and Management Information Systems courses at Boğaziçi University.
